Air has moisture in it.
When warm air is chilled, the little bits of moisture begin to clump together.
When the clump is large enough, it becomes a water drop. Lots of drops together make a streamlet.
Chances are, it's cold outside and warm inside.

Do you have a radiator/heater near to your window? Or thick curtains?
We get this, especially when we are drying things on the radiator.
To be on the safe side, could consult a handyman.

I have a jungle in my house. The plants give off oxygen and water vapor so my windows are always foggy.
