Dolphins don't even have fingers!

Seals have claws on the end of their flippers, which are probably adapted fingernails. Maybe dolphins have the same. Though seals have them because they go on land, probably not much need for a dolphin to have adapted nails as they don't eat or catch prey with their flippers.

No, but interestingly enough, dolphins are the only breed of animal that have toe nails for finger nails.
