i just went to the bathroom to pee and befor i peed my underwere was a lil wet with gewy stuff i mean like jello, not much but i never had that befor what is it????please help is it something to do with the pregnancy and what does it mean???

It definately sounds like your mucus plug! or some of it. I am over 37weeks and i lost my mucus plug 4days ago. It was thick like jelly and kinda yellow. this is very normal but it does not mean that you are in labour. You do not need to rush to the hospital now! some women go weeks after losing their plug, you need to wait for further signs. I would wait until you see your doctor next week and he can check to see if you are dilating at all, my doctor told me yesterday im dilating a little but nothing has happend still! if you are also having regular contractions that continually get worse or think your water broke or may be leaking then go to the hospital but right now i wouldnt worry about it as this is perfectly normal. good luck

I t does sound like the mucus plug, this means the first stage of labor. It can be the next few weeks or few days. Just let the doctor know on your next visit, also now you might have a few things of blood but it is normal and don't be scared just be prepared for the labor to begin. You are 37 weeks so you are ready!!!

Yup its your mucus plug but don't think you going to have your baby anytime soon sometimes it can take anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks. Usually the bigger your baby and whether he/she has dropped yet can determine how long before the onset of labor. I had lost my mucus plug a long time before I dropped but my baby was huge (big head) so it took a while before my water broke. Just means your ripe and almost there. If your ready to give birth like I was... do alot of walking and have your mate help you with squats and then sex at night... it only took one day and night of that activity and my water broke at 3a.m. Good luck and enjoy... that is the best part of pregnancy.

Im sure you lost your mucus plug. I was 37 weeks when I lost mine, Im now 41 weeks and still no baby!!! The doc says that it cluld be days or weeks before you go into labor after you loose it. I would go get checked if your next appt. is far away. You want to get to at least 38 weeks! Good luck to you!

Sounds like you lost your mucus plug, hon. It's really gross, but normal. Usually, this happens around the time that you will start labor, but not always. Call your OB-GYN if you're worried; they're used to questions like this and will tell you what to do from there.

Go to the hospital your about to be in labor! I'm very serious thats your mucus plug and when that leaves that means its time! don't worry about being 37 weeks! good luck! and Go!!!

its the mucus plug, its means that you are getting closer to labor. Its fine, just keep a eye on things. If you start to leak fluid go to the hospital to check if your water has broken.

It sounds like your mucous plug. Around 35 weeks, I started losing mine gradually, too. If you're really worried, call your doctor and set up an appointment with her. She'll be able to tell you what's going on.

The "th" week is the week that you're going to entire (i.e.) if you are 37w 5d, then you are to your thirty eighth week. Think approximately it like this. When you first grew to be pregnant - day a million - you have been to your "first week of being pregnant" Hope that is helping with the confusion.

it could just be extra discharge. It could also be part of your plug. If there was no foul smell I wouldn't worry about it.
You can start to lose your plug before labor, but it can be weeks before.
