My mood is so creepy and nauseating, but I want him to have a good day. He just bought himself a brand new truck so don't even suggest a material gift, he is a horrible dad so don't suggest sex
and I cannot cook. Just please come up with some idea for me
to make the day special for him. Maybe me spending time with my Dad will give him a nice treat of solitute for a few hours, but I do have to come back here and shampoo the carpet. Anything?

You dont make a lick of sense. If you're unhappy with your life, do something positive about it. Honor your mom in your own way. Spend time with your dad if YOU wish to do so. Then do something for yourself, that you would truly enjoy. What's the big deal in making it a special day, for someone who doesnt seem to make any of your days special?

sorry for your loss. time will heal your pain. i lost my mother in '88 so i know. maybe have a day of relaxation-a board game or a deck of cards. put off the rug until tomorrow.
