This is a pretty deep question, and you are touching on something I have often thought. Is it possible to really ever know anything for certain? What quality does something have to possess for it to be 'real'? As yet philosophy has not answered this.

Anything's possible just not always PROBABLE.
And given my experience and the experience of others around me (who may or may not be real) I'd say chances are PROBABLE that we are quite real.
