The communities under the government are not served by dividing themselves along spiritual boundaries bound up on pride of their own spiritual well being. These types of boundaries breed isolationism and do nothing for the strength of the religion in the peoples in question. The fact that you point out the Sheites specifically is indicative of you prejudice, say, that the average Sheite has either a greater or lesser spiritual good of say your or my own. Is this truly the objective opinion of God? How do you know?
