My employer is offering a 403B through State Farm. Has any one heard of any problems with this company?

Their results are nothing special. I would recommend an actively managed group of funds that consistently beats the stock market over long periods of time. The best Mutual fund families are Davis, American, Oppenheimer, Columbia, and Alliance Bernstein.
You should ask an advisor which would be the best investment for you.
Stay away from wrap accounts that charge 1% to 2% per year to manage your investments.

company good but does not matter. What are the investment options? If annuities & load funds then no good.
