I'm neither suggesting he should be fired nor that he should leave. Curious, though...are we looking at a situation similar to that of one Don Shula? The Big Wincer had early success when he took the reigns in Denver and has had decent teams ever since, just like Shula did with the Dolphins...Shula lasted 25 years on his 2 Super Bowl wins.

So the question is, will Shanahan finish his career in Denver? Or do you think he will be moving elsewhere in the near future?

Shanahan really is a man of mystery and it all depends on what he has in mind. I really don't see hiim leaving anytime soon and while he is relatively young I do see him retiring with th Broncos and moving up to management, which he does quite a bit of anyhow. The Denver Broncos are a franchise coach team and Bowlen will do anything to make him happy. Also, Jay Cutler is the first franchise QB the Broncos have drafted under Shanahan and I bet he has a lot invested in the future of the young QB and is going to stick it out for several year to see if that dream comes to fruition. If Shanahan does ever move on from the Broncos I beleive it will be to coach a college team such as when Florida attempted to woo him several years ago.

It's entirely up to him and the Broncos management.
