I don't think its my fault and i have video evidence without hiring a layer how do i fight this?

If it wasn't your fault then what are you worried about?
Have you been served with a lawsuit from the other driver? Is your insurance company claiming you were negligent?
Do you have any personal injuries or property damage to your vehicle? If yes and it was the other driver's fault then I would suggest seeing a personal injury attorney. You won't have to pay anything. Personal injury attorneys charge on a contingent basis which means there is no fee whatsoever unless you win. If you win then the attorney will take 33% of your settlement.

Speak with your insurance company. If the police press charges, then you will have to hire a lawyer
