Is it ok to seek revenge on someone who has wronged you in s terrible way? Or should you let things be? On the other hand some people just need a swift kick up the behind to show them that you can't treat people any kind of way and get away with it. What do you guys think?

Revenge may make you feel better temporarily, but all it really does is lower you to the level of the person who wronged you. Tell them what you think of them, but don't stoop to bad behavior just to get back at them.

Not enough information here to come to a conclusion. However, when I have harbored my bad feelings for the bad behavior of others, it only impeded my ability to get on with life.
However, many times I could not let go until I took my shot.
I will not say that on some occasions I felt better for the SHOT, but sometimes it just was not worth the energy it took to harbor the hate.
Its your decision and there is no wrong answer...just how much tension do you want to live through to get it behind you.

I think revenge is definitely acceptable at times. Bad behavior deserves punishment.

it can be healthy for you to let things be..however if you fester in your anger..maybe sometimes a swift kick can be GOOD for them and you!!! and actually shows you care! some people need that.they get away with a lo...and feel no one cares...so they continue,.,....they may wrong someone else...unless u teach them a lesson................in matters of the law, justice should nbe served.........if they wronged you personally/emotionally........ why not teach them a lesson? in a way that only embarrasses them....not hurts them.... in other words embarrass them by having them be caught doing something stupid....and expose it....that way, its revenge....but they brought it on themselves........ only they can feel stupid cuz its their fault...... so get that surveillance ,...... send it to someone, like their family or mate...or best yet...THEIR JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
best way I can get back at my ex is to send **** he has done/said...to his co workers.he probably wouldnt ever go to work again.oh well. its his own shame that would keep him home...... not anything i did. so its ok.
