How to view blocked websites that are blocked by st. bernard software?

I really need to figure this out because i have a project do a week and half from now and all these sites i need are blocked.So can someone please tell me if they know anything.

The last post was right just change your proxy settings, there are plenty of free ones online if you just google it.
