Dont worry, Indian marriages last longer than European or American marriages. Your parents should be able to find her. Don't get confused between two cultures - Indian or Western. Follow any culture you like and a have a Happy marriage.
It will be better if you also spend some time with the prospective bride-to-be so that you do not get a nasty surprise. Indian girls of today are smarter than their parents and quite understanding too. They also demand their fair share of respect.

India has a website for arrange marriages. Your friends and family can help pick her out. I only know of one guy, my bro who would benefit from arrange marriage. He's just too nice, can't get a date, and he doesn't have good pick up lines.

Ask your parents to talk to the parents of the girl so that they allow her to meet you in private. This is part of any arranged marriage negotiation nowadays. This way you can check for yourself whether she fits your bill.
