It's not going to happen over tonight.
Do something so that people can see your talant.
Personally I think being famous is overrated. Do you really want have people taking your picture all the time or have to look and do the "right" thing all the time?
Just think it through.

well then all you have to do is find a way to gain massive popularity.
That david blain dude did it with all his idiotic attention getting actions.
If you cant act, sing or play an instrument, or havent developed a new product or service -- then do whatever it takes to get as much attention as it takes.
Eventually someone will take notice of your antics.
Do it enough and youll get your 15 minutes of fame.
Then youll be famous.
Now, if you have a talent, be the best at displaying that talent as much as you can. if its a popular talent, you should becme famous.
Now, how famous do you want to be, is your own goal.
and the repercussions of being famous or striving to be famou will befall you -- i only hope you are prepared for it.
Remember -- we all have to becareful what we wish for
