just be honest tell them that they are cramping your space and that you think it would be best if they just went home. that is the best thing for it but if they seem not to want to leave even after that you take their things and politely throw them out the window and tell the person they they should follow suite.

Well, if the houseguest has been in your home more than 14 days you need to file an eviction notice with your local court and have the person served. If it has been under 14 days, you can have the unwelcomed guest removed from your home by the police.

I'm having the same problem..

If he's not payng rent, then start charging rent.
If he's paying rent, then up the rent crazy.
If you dont want to up the rent, make them do alot of chores.
If they are doing alot of chores up the chores.. just make sure you make living there as hard as possible.. it wont ruin your lif's he will understand and get out and appoligize for staying to long

To be very nice about it you should ask them what their plans are, so you gotta get back to work right? I bet you miss being home. Your worst relative is coming over and needs that room.

There is no shortcut to this proplem due to fact that your guest apparently has no conscience.Tell him straight,like the song says "go,now go,go out the door,for i dont love you anymore".

Just tell him that it is time to leave, that you won´t accept him as a guest anymore.
