What is your take on her behaviour / reactions at the Kennedy Center Honors gala? She was to sing Parton's 9 to 5, skipped dress rehearsal, her dress almost fell off during the live taping, she fumbled the words and ran away crying.
- Is she a victim of a strapless dress?
- An idiot, couldn't even read the teleprompter that had the 9 to 5 lyrics and skipped dress rehearsal?
- Damned lucky? - they let her attempt it again.
- Should retire? - is she done?

I'm glad I didn't see it. I'm sure Dolly Parton (who has spoken highly of her) was insulted.
So much for Jessica being professional. It seems that whenever the public tries to give her the benefit of the doubt, she continues to prove that she really IS an idiot.

I'm sure Nick was having a GOOD laugh as I'm sure Dolly was...LOL . She's such a loser anymore these days. She needs to fire her fake-preacher daddy and hire Clive Davis . Hell, if Clive can save and revitalize poor OLD Whitney Houston, and make a BIG star out of Carrie Underwood, he oughta be able to work some kind of MIRACLE with a "no-talent dumazz fake-blonde" Jessica.

I don't even know why they picked her to sing one of Dolly Parton's songs. JESSICA CAN'T SING!! The least they could have done was gotten someone such as Faith Hill, Reba McIntyre, Carrie Underwood...someone who can actually sing.
And then to run off stage like that? Her 15 minutes of fame are DONE!

Maybe just before she went onstage, someone was kind enough to tell her that her 15 minutes of fame had expired long ago, and that made her so flustered she flubbed the song.

I think after she saw the press that Ashley got from the lip sync accident, she thought she needed some press time (remember, in show biz any publicity is good publicity).

She was emotional because she idolizes Dolly parton...she messed up the beginning then got nervous cause dolly was watching..after the live performance she did the song again without the audience for the television broadcast....I think everyone should give her a break..

Give the poor girl a break. She is a talented singer, she is a professional ~ usually ~ and always acts classy under fire.
