It was just a rumor. People was saying that Beyonce` was jealous of the fact that Jennifer Hudson had the opportunity to shine in the movie, and that Beyonce` wanted to sing You're Gonna Love Me. Beyonce` has put those rumors to rest stating that she is already an established star, she has nine Grammy awards and that she is not jealous of Jennifer Hudson's new found fame.

I don't think they are fueding in real life. J. Hudson's role already has a fueding character (Effie), although as the Dreamgirls movie has fueding roles the media will try to make it reality.
Beyonce's character gets the center stage in the movie/Broadway play DREAMGIRLS although J. Hudson's character (Effie) gets the boot.
