MAKE SURE YOUR SPEAKERS WORK..plug them into your sterio 1st , make sure the volume isnt too loud, your dont want to blow them up! ... Make sure they are plugged in like you normally would to your computer. If they work here, then your 50% there already.

Computer Set up:

STEP 1: Make sure the power is on to the speakers
STEP 2: Make sure the volume is turned up
STEP 3: Plug into the GREEN port of your sound card or sound port of your motherboard if its built into it. Checking the BIOS is optional too if you are familiar with it, if you aren't ,DONT TOUCH IT. Most motherboards with internal audio built in sometimes have their audio turned off when it has an added sound card as to free up IRQ's and cause conflicts.
STEP 4: Make sure your sound card is working correctly by going into device manager ( Go into Explorer,MY COMPUTER-right click-properties, Hardware Tab, device manager. Select your sound device in the list. Make sure it says that it is working properly and there are no exclamation points next to it. If so, you may need to install the latest drivers from the web in the update wizard in that dialogue box... especially if its a Codecs issue
STEP 5: Make sure your sound is not muted from Windows or set in digital sound.

STEP 5: Good Luck ...

First, make sure you have the speakers plugged into the proper spot,
(light green inside the plug in) pink is microphone!!
Possibly, you may need to reinstall you audio drivers, first check to be sure you have not muted your audio on your pci card, if you have an "installed" audio card.
I really don't have enough info to go any further...if you need, you can e mail me!
