Scrubs, it's funny, and they keep all of the same characters. ER used to be great, but all of the main cast is gone now, and it's more of a soap opera, I can't keep up with the people coming and going.

I'm a fan of E.R.
I like the story lines and the characters. But I must admit this season is a disappointment so far. I like the old E.R. Right now its losing steam and fast.
I tried to watch Scrubs on several occasions. Even though the show is remarkably funny - it doesn't have enough strength to hold my attention as a faithful viewer.

Scrubs definitely. Its funny and fresh while at the same time dealing with many of the issues the E.R. deals with.
E.R. jumped the shark a very long time ago.

I like both but is ER better. Scrubs is really funny, but I like the stories that are in ER. And the varied cast members. It's been a favorite of mine for the past 12 years.

If I was a fan of any show called E.R. it wouldn't be the NBC way too serious version it would be the mid to late 80's version with Elliot Gould that was on CBS
Scrubs is much better
George Clooney and Noah Wilde are ugly mothertruckers!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are asking about scrubs and er, you should also ask about grey's anatomy.......OUt of the three I like Grey's Anatomy best. It is funny, not too gross and has a good story. ER may have a good story, but it is so gross. Scrubs is funny, but has no continuous storyline and is just humor. they aren't ever serious.

I have watched ER since the begining. Scrubs is different all together, it is a comedy.

Both - they're different genres and timeslots so why should you chose?
