I work out to Kelly Clarkson's breakaway cd...there are only three or four slow songs on the cd that I use for my warm up and cool down and then the rest of it is pretty upbeat and great for working out...well it works for me. I would also suggest the linkin park jay z cd those are some pretty good workout tunes.

For my work out playlist I have Ludacris, Lil' Jon, Jay Z, Big Tymers, and Diddy. Just search those artists and pick out the songs you like! Enjoy!
