Why does internet have this effect on me?

As soon as I get online, I feel very tired and sleepy. Does this happen to anyone else? Why?

Because some times by staring at your monitor you don't blink. this stops your eyes from be lubricated and you begin to feel sleepy or either tired.

Yes, and my eyes get sore from staring at the screen all day long.
