Why can't wives be as loyal and affectionate as my dog is?

If a wife has pushed you away as much as mine has you would not be asking so many stupid questions of me. I have spent time and good money on whatever she wanted and have been married but alone except for my dog for many years. When I say alone I mean alone in the same house as her but with no affection,only house sharing.

You need to sit down with your wife and talk...Have you spent more time with your dog than your wife?
Sometimes, being married you and your spouse disconnects and it is up to you to correct it by going out on dates like you did when you first met....go to the drive-in or dinner and dancing....
You can also spend more time at home with each other and getting more into each others life by simply asking how her day was and gradually get back to being with each other....
In time things will change...

I'm not a wife, but I want to be one day, and I'll tell you that being loyal and affectionate is my whole being and my future husband will be lucky to have me!!!

Animal love's is incondicional, that means no matter what they will be allways loyal.Human are diferents...now the question is: Are you loyal and affectionate with her?
