That's a very good question. Something sexy might seem obscene to another but I think it's all about consent isn't it? People's experiences and tastes differ and change. Maybe something only becomes truly perverted when there is an abuse of another person or creature. Otherwise what peoples get up to is non of my business, eh?

The border lines continuously move as a function of time. What is acceptable today was probably considered obscene 50 years ago, so there is no exact answer to this. I guess "it" becomes perverted when you break the law, not the moral code.

It just depends on how much of a prude one is. I find it hard to get offended by anything obscene, sexy, or perverted. But thats just me.

Perversion by itself is obscene, so obscene things become perversion and fetish. The human mind can find all things equally as disgusting as they do beautiful. For instance, I've got a foot fetish and am into bondage and find crying adorable and funny. People think I'm sick but I could name people who would sicken even a Brooklyn priest.

If it grosses you out, it's perverted. If it makes you go hmm that looks like fun the it's sexy. It's a matter of personal taste. I saw something on a porno once that was weird but turned me on and made me curious enough to try it.
