Haha. Actually, most males are usually too afraid to actually admit it out loud. But we all know it's going through their heads the entire conversation! And actually, the females are usually thinking it too!

My husband understands me very well and I him, but he sometimes still says that all to familiar phrase!
I on the other hand never Say that to him because he will then tell me that doesn't make sense how can that not make sense to you.

hehe, I don't know about world wide, but I know it's said at least once a day in my household. (two males and two females in the family)
