I go for the personality...I want to spend my life with a woman who will always be attractive to me, and as looks fade with age...it is the mind and the connection with the person that prove to be most attractive. Yes, I won't lie, hot and sexy is very nice...but to think long-term, I want to live with someone who I really connect with, so looks will not matter in the end. But anyway, I got both of best worlds..in my eyes, my wife is definitely hot, sexy, cute, and has a great personality. Sorry to brag...she's the best.

Given the choice between the two... Kirstie Alley. She's intelligent, funny and very good looking. Not that I thought she was appealing when she was overweight, but a little junk in the trunk ain't a bad thing.
Pamela Anderson just doesn't look like she'd be any fun at all.

Kirstie Alley, hands down. I prefer a lovable woman with a cute personality way more than the flashy fakeness of someone like Pam Anderson

I find them both to be annoying as hell. Besides Pamela has VD and she looks busted. Kirstie just looks like a 50 y/o crackwhore. That is not a good example. I understand what you are asking. I would rather have the average girl. Most girls who look like supermodels know it, and they are full of themselves. Plus high maintenance girls are nothing but bad news. Yes looks matter. You have to at least be attracted to someone to want to be with them. And personality, for me at least, can really shape how a person looks. The more you know someone and love them, the more beautiful they become to you anyway.

I can't speak for all the guys out there, but for me, I'll take cute and average any day. I'll save all the Pamela's for those rainy day fantasies. I'm just an average guy and am not always at the top of "my game". I don't need the added pressure (even though it may be self-imposed) to feel that I have to always be at my best. Give me a nice giggle, cute smile and dimples any time. Sweat pants, t-shirt, no make-up, popcorn and a good movie and I'm set for the evening!!

Your last two questions are almost contradictory.
There are two situations to apply-
1. Are you looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with?
2. Are you just looking to get laid?
The answer to number 2 is easy - do looks really matter that much? Yes, they are all that matter if you are just looking to get laid. In that case, we would take the hottest one we can find.
If you are looking to spend the rest of your life with someone, then looks don't matter as much as their personality, interests, whether or not you can trust them,etc...
Like the previous response, I would rather be with my girlfriend than be with Pamela Anderson the rest of my life.

My BF is answering this one.
Pamela Anderson or Kristie Alley? Yuk on both counts. Guys want one night stands or flings with hot & sexy but marry the cute and smart. Better choices for me would be between Angelina Jolie (for the hot and sexy) and Drew Barrymore (for the cute and great personality).

Well pamela anderson is kindof gross, and i dont even know who kirstie ally is. What a true man goes for is some one who is cute and will never bore you. if you are too predictable and are kind of boring, that is an immediate turn off. Try to be fun and charasmatic and i'm sure you'll be better off than pamela anderson.

Pam, heck no, kirstie, hell no!
I always believed in going with a girl that was an 8. really hot girls have too much drama, and want too much attention. The type of girl in Hollywood that seems "normal" looking would be calista flockhart, jen aniston seems really secure and cool, also julianne moore is nice. What attracts men when they get older to women is brains, and secureness, not some bimbo who is attention seeking. hope this helps

I personally would rather be with with someone cute, maybe somewhat above average, not Kristie Alley, but I get what you mean. It's sometimes harder, not to play into stereotypes, to have a legitimate conversation with a bombshell.
They're fun to look at, but at the end of the day, as long as we can talk about something somewhat serious, every now and then, I'd gladly choose her mind and personality over her looks.
