Every relationship comes to an end. If not by breaking up, then by death. It's sad but true.

what do you mean by saying it always ends? the relationship, if it was meant to be a relationship right from the beginning, may end in a marriage. But what often happens is that a friendship often means different things to different people. girls very strongly believe in platonic relationship while guys almost always take it for granted to be a relationship based on love. this difference of perception leads to breakup if that is what you mean.

Your question seems to assume that guy-guy or girl-girl relationships don't end. Just because you've never seen a homosexual couple breakup doesn't mean that it hasn't happened.

All relationships come to an end, either by breakup or by death. Its not limited to guy-girl relationships.

They don't always end. Many people are married "until death do they part".
