Has your baby broken any ornaments from the tree yet?/My 11 month old already broke 4 .
I was thinking about buying "plastic ones" but they're not as pretty you know?

When my daughter was very young we set the tree up in the play pen. she could see it and reach for it but the net mesh on the play pen prevented her from reaching the ornaments. I thought we were quite clever!!! Or you could put plastic ones on the bottom and the nicer ornaments on the top of the tree. Good luck! My daughter is now 20 and we admire each ornament we unwrap with oohs and aahs and Do you remember when we got this one? It is a great time

My son is 2 1/2 and this is the first year I have put glass ornaments on the tree. We didnt have a tree the 1st one sonce we were out of town, and last year he was knocking the tree down before I even got the lights on.

Instead of breakable ornaments I made a kid friendly tree. Paper chains, plastic ornaments etc- nothing he could break or hurt himself on.
It looked cute, and this year I had those ornaments left over to mix with the breakable ones- the tree looks so pretty! (we are on day 4 of the tree being up and only 3 ornaments have been broken so far lol!

My 2 1/2 year old already broke one. Fortunately, we put the cheaper, easily replaceable bulbs down low and the nicer ones we want to keep up high on the tree, out of reach.

- get a smaller tree and put it on a table top

- get a baby/pet gate and put it around the tree

- as someone else mentioned, put the tree in a play pen - that was a great idea as well!
