I know where I live it is 30 days . I know because I got in trouble for getting rid of the items and I had to pay this person over 300.00 for their stuff they took me to court . I got rid of them after 1 week . the judge royally chewed my butt out for that . good luck and god bless and happy holidays.

the person that moved out has 30 days to get their stuff but they must be told/letter that legally..and after the 30th day...wooo hooooooo the treasure is all urs...have fun exploring
