Well, health experts say that sleeping on your left side is the best for your digestive and respiratory systems. Something about how the heart has less pressure on it and the circulatory system is less likely to be constricted...? I personally am a tosser, and change positions several times before I get comfortable. I think I settle on my back the most, though. But only if I have two or more pillows... ⥠Hmmm... Now I wanna go back to bed... :)

in bed, on my stomach, left arm under the pillow, right arm bent slightly, left cheek on pillow (no wrinkles in the pillowcase please, it leaves those ugly creases), stupid smile on my face cuz i'm dreaming about a guy who's not the one laying next to me snoring like a freight train...
