what's the name of the virus, look for virus removal tools, if you don't have an anti-virus software, www.thefreecountry.com , Also get the name of the virus and go to Nortan, Microsoft, or any anti-virus software vendor site and they offer free removal tools for a specific virus

well depneds on the anti virus. try buy buying new anti virus. free anti viruses are not most of the time powerfull.
