Is it worth boying a rebuilt processer? My monitor & keyboard are o.k. Will I have to also need to buy a new "Windows"type program?

Sounds like you are talking about replacing the entire "box", the system board, hard drive, mircoprocesses, etc. Is it worth buying? Depends on what they are selling and for how much. Will you have to buy a new Windows CD for the new computer? Unless it comes with the computer, you will have to.

I'm not sure what bebuilt is. You are better off waiting until Windows Vista comes out in January. As well, you will need to look for a system that has a video card to support DirectX 10 (if you want to play games)

well u need the processor driver, and all the other hardware musy be compatiple with it. but i don't think that u need new program for it
