What does an appendix for a term paper look like?

Your teacher/professor should have covered this in the assignment. The structure of and even appropriateness of appendices depends on the citation style. Some have you put any graphics within the body of the paper, others have you put them in an appendix. Look up the kind of citation style you are supposed to be using as see what it has to say about it. There are at least 3 major citation styles and they have different rules for this.
