If the sex act is illegal in the local jurisdiction they could be arrested and charged. If an American goes to Saudi and drinks alcohol, he can be whipped in the public square, just as a Saudi citizen can be. When you are in a country, you are subject to it's laws, regardless of your nationality.

It all depends on which state they are in. In Michigan, for example, the age of consent is 16. Other states have different ages. In many southern states, the age of consent is 14... which is a remnant of the need for post civil war repopulation. The actual ages for each state are usually buried in legal jargon and difficult to decipher. However, a two year age gap is usually allowable. But, that's why we have wikipedia. It doesn't matter where you come from, state and federal laws apply to everyone (except diplomats and the rich) who is here in the USA. Check out this link for more info:

Depends on the state. Age of consent laws vary from state to state... it can be as low as 14, or as high as 18. Check the site in the references to look up your specific circumstance.
Edit:
The fact that you're both from Jamaica isn't relevant at all. All that matters are the laws in force in the place where the act occured.

It depends on what state the couple visits. Many states have set the age of consent at 16. In other states, where the age of consent is 18, the 18YO could face criminal charges.

Breaking the law in the US so the male would get arrested for statutory rape - no matter if it was the 16 or 18 that was male.
