Let the WOMEN Jump! They are athletes too! In Norway, where I used to live, we had several ladies (16 to 23 years of age) jumping, but NOT in competition. Because they were NOT ALLOWED by some rediculous Norwegian Ski Jumping Judges.

Well, their time will come! And, they will probably be seen competing in the near future of the Olympic Winter Games too! They should! They have women's Ice-Hockey already, and that sport is way more dangerous.

Women deserve to compete in sports they have a strong desire and talent to do!!! God bless them for trying!

Why not.

However, I think ski jumping isn't all that popular outside of northern Europe, and at the olympics. I wonder if it has much future.

hay, one might think that they may want to especially if one wants to compete. or it might that be considered as sexual discrimination. I say go ahead and jump. (Van Halen)
