The left-wingers always seem to want the right to do ANYTHING, with little or no consideration for law and order and good morals .
And who is disgusted with the Las Vegas ad campaign - " What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas " ??
That's clearly a message to do as you like in Vegas, because no one will learn of your shameful actions !! So go ahead and cheat on your spouse, have sex with a prostitute, or any other immoral act, because no one will ever know !!

Classic liberalism is anarchy. However, the people everyone calls left wing liberals are not classic liberals.
I'm not going to argue that point. I want to say that your statement about Las Vegas hits on a good point. Ads such as you mention are responsible for much of the decline in moral values in this country. It's a case of monkey see, monkey do.
Chimpanzees will not eat red berries unless they see another chimp eat red berries. Those people familiar with berries know that some red berries are poisonous and some are not. Chimps know this as well. So, they do not eat red berries from a bush until they see another chimp eat them.
Young people, who lack life experience, see such debauchery on TV and think it's okay. These 30 or 60 seconds spots on TV have more effect on our culture than a 1 hour sermon in church.

as far as the Vegas thing, its marketing...playing on the fact that Vegas is suppose to be an adult playground...that is all nothing more. GET OVER YOURSELF!

Wow I didn't realize that the city of vegas was a democrat city. You seem to think it's just the librals that have sex with prositutes and perform illegal acts. How easy we forget about FOLEY. Get a grip. What about OReily? Doing one of his staff members isn't that under sexual harrassment. God knows he is not a politician but he is right winged. Guess to be a law breaker is doesn't matter what side of the fence your on.

But I'd point out that you are not exactly pointing out a new phenomenon. I may have the quote not exactly right, but Will Rogers, who died in 1935, said something like,"I'm not a member of an organized political party; I'm a Democrat."

My opinion is you do not even understand your own politics. It is conservatives that preach less government, which is much closer to anarchy. Also, the ads for Las Vegas, which are about casinos, which are owned by major corporations, which are very conservative.

The FACTS are that conservatives want even LESS government than liberals! And that is why the republican party is going downhill...they are no longer conservative. If you want to pick on a party for having the LEAST amount of government, pick on us libertarians!

Good thing GOD gave us a CHOICE for right or wrong! I think you should find a conservative seminary. There you can live by your "good moral" code w/o being tainted by such ads. Possibly, they could teach you not to judge- that's God's job.

I don't really think about the Vegas ads. I'm usually thinking about more important things, like my working 55 hours a week and how I'm going to pay back my student loans.
