I don't understand your question. It doesn't ask a question. I am guessing when I tell you All Customer Suggestion Boxes ask basically the same questions. That is how a company,restaurant,etc improves it services. Is that what you wanted to know? If not, can't help you. Merry Christmas.

They are simply asking what you like or dislike about the layout of the store, if the clerks are helpful or not or even if they were rude to you [ie complaint] The store manager will take into consideration what you say and see if changes need to be made.
