We most likely originate from monkeys because we have many similarities between us. And many things that point to evolution. These things include biological aspects such as wisdom teeth and appendixes. The theory is that humans evolved from primates, and the functions of both are no longer needed. Evidence of this is that we no longer use our appendixes, because we do not eat rare meat often, and our wisdom teeth must be removed because our jaws have condensed. Another interesting fact is that our DNA is almost identical to that of primates. Hope this helps. As for where monkeys came from...no one knows.

The Primordial Soup Theory suggest that life began in a pond or ocean as a result of the combination of chemicals from the atmosphere and some form of energy to make amino acids, the building blocks of proteins, which would then evolve into all the species.

The Primordial Soup Theory states that Life began in a warm pond/ocean from a combination of chemicals that forms amino acids, which then make proteins. This is suppose to happen at least 3.8 billion to 3.55 billion years ago.

The Russian Chemist A.I. Oparin and English Geneticist J.B.S. Haldane first conceived of this idea. Both developed this theory independently in 1920.

In this theory, the basic building blocks of life came from simple molecule which formed in the atmosphere (w/o oxygen). This was then energized by lightning and the rain from the atmosphere created the "organic soup". The first organisms would have to be simple heterotrophs in order to survive by consuming other organisms for energy before means of photosynthesis. They would become autotrophs by mutation. Evidence now suggest the first organisms were autotrophs

Chemist Stanley Miller and physicist Harold Urey did a famous experiment in 1950 to test this theory. They mixed gases thought to be present on primitive earth:

Methane (CH4)

Ammonia (NH3)

Water (H2O)

Hydrogen (H2)

No Oxygen

They then electrically sparked the mixture to signify lightning. The results were amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. It was later discovered that other energies also can excite gases and produce all 20 amino acids:

Electricity

Ultraviolet light

Heat

Shock

This question is answerable from any competent high school biology text.

Monkeys, apes, and man are all better defined as cousins. We did not come from monkey's, but we came from a common primate ancestor. The primate ancestor came from a mammalian line of evolution, and so on all the back to the first beginnings of life.

Evolution is a scientifically provable fact. We see evolution all around us. It has been extensively researched for 100 years, or more, and has continued to stand up to all challenges.

Humans did not come from monkeys. This is just a Theory and not a proved science. The origin of humans is still an unknown answer.

there is a study show that all people in the whole earth came from a small village in Africa , and sure we did not evolve from monkeys because god made them as animals and we as human beings and i think it will be so silly if we think that we are related to monkeys on the base of body shape only because our brain is much much more evolved then them

Umm,you know that question can not be positively answered yet..It theory that we evolved from the apes but not proven fact..Those that believe the bible think we all came from Adam and Eve,who just popped up one day from the god..Others think we came from a pond of life then you have some that feel we that we are decedents of a dieing planet..and the list goes on and on,kinda..

If you want to read about evolution it would be best to check out a book. There is way too much about it to explain on here....if you want the scoop on how did everything evolve.Whether you believe in God or evolution, things are still evolving, there are species of lizard that are developing membranes and are starting to glide to be more efficient at foraging for food. Creatures are constantly changing to be more adaptive to their environment.

There is a theory that humans come from stars.
scientifically, everything comes from stars.
Before the Creation of planets, our solar system and everything that exist today,
that's all there was: stars made essentially form hydrogen
But later, we started to have more particles
ex: carbon...

I like to think that it's all a miracle. The miracle of life.
it's like magic.
