How do I get out of a marriage with a man in the Navy?

Hire a lawyer and file for divorce.

You would need to consult an atorney and file the paper work and if you know where he is stationed then he could be served. From that point a hearing is set and if he doesn't show then you can get devorce by defalt... Depending on the sate you live in if he doesn't want a devorce then the courts will just make you go to councling to work out your marrage

Get an anullment. Its a lot simpler than a divorce and quicker. Good luck and dont feel bad. WE are human after all and mistakes are parr for the course. Your getting out quick and thats smart.
