They can hire you if you demonstrate having at least the potential of meeting and exceeding the needs of the job you desire. What do you do well? Were you involved in activities? Do well in school? Leadership experience? Figure out what you do well and emphasize that. Perhaps checking in at a local One Stop center, which often does vocational assessments for people. If you are deaf you might have vocational rehab services available to help persons with disabilities.

Look for data entry work.
Might want to work on the way you structure sentences.
