it depends what you actually mean by "winamp format" seeing as there is no specific winamp music format. the winamp software plays various different music formats.
check what actual format the track is (right click and choose properties).
certain versions of winamp will covert things to wave/wav (why you want to do this, i don't know. wavs take up much more hdd space than mp3's do.
check the winamp website for a FAQ on how to convert to wav.
