they can usually be spotted straight away.
Slim, with an easy pace, seemingly hardly breathing at all, gliding effortlessly through the streets far faster than most folk can run fast.

Look at the rest. Not built for running at all. Too thick, too heavy, even overweight, short legged no hopers forcing themselves to puff red faced round the block hoping to look and feel better.
Sad losers, doing what comes unnaturally for them.
When a little voice speaks inside their head trying to make them see commonsense and find something more suited to themselves they can usually be heard saying something along the lines of ''Help .. how do I keep on running''.

if your on the run give false names pay in cash for digs if you do a withdrawal do it no were near your destination.always double back on yourself.or do you mean jogging just get over pain barrier and you can keep going

Try to train yourself by increasing the running distance day by day,

For example : First day 1/2 km and second day 1 km etc.,

But please dont try to change the things immediately
