Piease explain me how the energy derived from fusion reactor can be used in place of fossil fuels. whether the energy derived from reactor is going to be converted into electrical energy for the use of vehicles.

The temperature necessary for a sustained fusion reaction is 100,000,000 - 200,000,000 Degrees C !

The actual fusion would necessarily have to be contained in some sort of magnetic field and the energy produced at the power plant transferred to a much more portable source for vehicles - perhaps large capacitors or batteries.
