I've heard about this. Not sure if there is any truth to it. However, with them taking out CIA and FBI files on Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and countless other law abiding Black leaders, I don't know if our gov't would have been above giving us drugs, either.

Yes, with the help of drug lord Rick Ross. A couple of them were convicted but George Bush senior pardon them before he left office. It is a fact not a conspiracy look it up.

CIA brought crack, rap, guns, low riders, spinners, baggy pants, and weed into black neighborhoods. The CIA also prevented women from getting married and using birth control. Of course, the CIA made sure healthy young male didn't get jobs. No wonder terrorists are running wild, the CIA is too busy ruining intercity blacks.

The problem with any grand conspiracy theory (a conspiracy encompassing many people) is that it just won't hold together. Secrets can sometimes be maintained if the people doing them ALL feel they are just and right to keep it, and many times not even then.
Use some common sense, for god's sake!

yes they did, why is it so hard to believe that America hated black people, isn't it obvious. we stood up for ourselves in the 60s by the 70's all our leaders were dead or discredited. they realized they couldn't keep up the lie, blacks were inferior. so they set up obstacles and used use like lab rats.
