in most states you are able to marry as soon as your divorce is final. You should check for the laws in your state though to be sure. Or you lawyer could tell you, if you had one

jumping back into a marriage after just getting a divorce is stupid.
take time and heal. research the TRUE meaning of marriage, or you will just end up divorced again.
