Has anyone ever moved house and then desperately wished they could move back to their old house?

hey we are doing that now. we lost my wife's parents who lived opposite us so we moved for fresh start and now we wish we had not cant settle here in new area

Everytime I've ever moved I want to go back - I miss the neighbours, the house, the location everything. It soon wears off though - once you get your bearings and get to know the new surroundings. xx

yes ive moved so many times and i still want to go back to my old ones. but with the time you get used to live in another place so...

Yes, I have some that were more a favorite than others. Some places just seem to have a personality of their own.
