I do and I have. Although that probably wasn't a good idea, because the guy had to swerve from hitting me. Now I just keep the same speed as the guy next to me so even if he wanted to pass, they couldn't.

YES and I do it.
The funniest one was when a guy had 3 children all standing up on the seat... we were not traveling fast so I figured I will teach this guy a lesson on child safety. i hit the brakes... I didn't want to hit the mouse running across the road...ha ha.. and all three of his kids slammed their faces into the windshield !
A cheap lesson for him on the use of seat belts when really he could of lost a three kids in a major accident. Hope he made a change !!
I sure had a good laugh.

That is so funny that you would mention that, cause yesterday on my way home there was a Mercedes behind me she looked like a bimbo, she was on the cell phone and she was riding my a**. I wanted to slam the brakes on so bad. Instead I just drove extra slow to piss her off. I accomplished that. She honked the horn at me when she was going to turn and she flipped me the bird! HA HA, I LMAO!

i would. people need to learn how to drive. or dont you just want to get out of your car when its a red light and dance in the middle of the street and throw rocks at cars going by after the light turns green? or dont you ever want to stick your entire arm out of the window to see if the cars in the other lane will completly rip it off? thats an urge.

i think i'm going to be one of the few that says no. in the military i've learned to drive at high speeds at close interval. i'm comfortable being three feet off the bumper of the car in front and the car to my rear. but it damn sure freaks my wife out

I had a yuppie in a blue BMW honking at me and riding my tail this past weekend. I slammed on my brakes and actually jumped out to find out what his problem was. He speed off.

I take my foot off the gas, just let my car slow right down, and eyeball them through the rear view mirror until they get the hint. Failing that, I flick the fog lights on and off, to fool them into thinking I just hit the brakes. I love seeing them slam on behind me whilst I pootle merrily down the road!...

There are people that do that intentionally but no, I'm pretty cool in a car situation, I like to drive to much and altho I get a little upset at stupid things this would not be one of them. If you do this hold your neck!!!!
