The doctor's office will only go by your LMP. Since it's only a few days difference, it doesn't really matter. Your due date is just an ESTIMATED date of delivery. You could deliver anytime between 37 weeks and 42 weeks and still be considered normal. There are going to be plenty of things to stress out over during this pregnancy, so don't worry too much about this. Just take care of yourself as best you can and congratulations!

I use this calculator when I write pregnancies into my novels:
http://healthlink.mcw.edu/article/923526833.html
I love this calculator because it goes both directions and estimates due date and trimester ends.
The standard is that the first two weeks of pregnancy are the body preparing itself for the pregnancy. This means that most physicians calculate based off of the first calculator. You are pregnant 5 weeks and 6 days, and have been carrying an embryo for about 3 weeks of that.
Here's a week-by-week stages of pregnancy website for you to look over so you know what you're going through:

The only way you'll get a due date is to go to your OB-GYN and then you will get an official due date. OB-GYNs use a little sliding round card reader, where the first day of your last period (as best as you can recall) will be identified and s/he will tell you when to expect the baby. When the ultrasound is done in the second trimester, any special clarifications can be made and a due date can be revised.
Reality? If it's your first and you have no complications, expect to be 42-44 weeks pregnant. Both of my children were "overdue", one by nearly two weeks and one by two and a half weeks.
Happy Gestating!

Probably the 5 weeks and 3 days. That is more accurate than just the last day of your cycle but only an ultrasound will tell for sure.

Just say 5 weeks...even w/ an ultrasound, which is usually more accurate, the doctors will tell you that its still give or take 5 days....That's 1.5 weeks! That's a fairly big time frame for a difference.

I'd wait and ask the baby when it emerges. It was there, after all. Good Luck! :)
