No. While the Jewish community recognizes the historical values of the Septuagint, it's use declined in Jewish communities after the destruction of the Second Temple, and the diaspora into the Aramaic east. While the Septuagint became the primary source of the Christian community's understanding of the Old Testament, within the Jewish community it was replaced by more modern translations, particularly as fewer and fewer Jews spoke Greek as time went by.

Today, it has no relevence in the Jewish community, except among historians.

No, this is why they devote their whole lives to it's teachings because they think it's inaccurate.
