Nope, that's the collar bone - if it's the little hollow at the front of her throat you're referring to, its technical name is the 'supersternal notch' (very dull!).

I have always heard it referred to as "salt cellars" in common parlance, though it's proper name is"supersternal notch" (the hollow above the collarbone or clavicle).
