Tell her nicely that her behavior is disrespectful of your relationship. You have to be NICE and you have to say DISRESPECTFUL. She's not being fair to your feelings.
You also need to be sure that you are not imagining things with this other guy. Just because they are friendly and playful doesn't mean that they are "flirting."

Aside from the other boy, I had the exact same experience in high school. My gf at the time threatened to kill herself if broke it off with her. I ended up talking to my school councilor and she had to call the girl's parents and have a meeting with her and her parents. It actually worked out for the best, she got the help she needed and is now (6 years later) happily engaged and working her way through college. We still keep in touch. I just want to strongly cautino you against girls who threaten suicide. I don't believe your girl would actually do it, but because she's thinking along those lines means she has some other underlying issues that need to be sorted out. Best of luck!

run for the hills.Look, she isn't going to change. She and this guy are best friends and she isn't going to end the friendship for you. Has she ever exhibited any signs of suicidal tendencies? And even if you dump her, if she follows through with her threat, she was disturbed long before she ever met you. So you either 1) accept their friendship, and try to be friendly with the guy or 2)let the relationship go.

I think you might manage a little break with her, just to see what your relation with her (and her relation with this boy) will become. She seems to love you (otherwise she wouldn't talk about suicide) so you should mention that this will only be a break and not an end. It will also be a good thing for you to stay a bit away of her and this guy so you can re-think your fellings about him.

It seems 2 me that she can't make up her mind what she wants. If she's threating suicide then she's only trying 2 get attention. Most people who threaten suicide never go through with it. Break it off with her, and advise her 2 get counseling. Best of luck.

People have friends; accept this, or move on. Being in a relationship doesn't mean that you own the other person. You need to respect other friendships.

well all i can say is just let her do what she wants. besides i think she loves you.
theres nothing wrong giving her own space right.
and besides knowing that the boy you are jealous of is her bestfriend
you cannot eradicate him in her life and also yours. it is you that she picked. not her bestfriend
