Remember, your height has nothing to do with it. It's all about your weight, ability and riding style. If you do nothing but ride park you could go as small as a 155. If you are more of a freerider you could go as long as 175. I'm just about six foot and weight about 190 and I ride a 162.

pay attention to the width of the board and make sure your feet don't stick out to far or you will end up toe or heel drag. weight is the biggest factor along with what terrain you plan to ride. if the board is too narrow then it won't support you through powder, if it is too wide then you could have a hard time riding it.
